Product Introduction:
100bp DNA Ladder is a pre-mixed, ready-to-load molecular weight marker containing dyes which serve as visual aids to monitor the progress of migration during agarose gel electrophoresis, it consists 12 different DNA fragments. Effective Size Range: 100 bp to 1,500 bpThe 500 base pair band has increased intensity to serve as reference points.
 
Usage Notes:
1. Recommended Load: 5ul or more than 5 ul.
2. 100 bp DNA Ladder visualized by ethidium bromide staining on a 1.3% TAE agarose gel. 
3. 5x Loading Buffer (it is served as a gift attached with the ready to load ladder)： 10mM Tris-HCl, 5mM EDTA, pH7.6,0.03%  Bromophenol Blue,0.03% Xylene Cyanol FF,30% Glycerol。
