4X Laemmli Sample Buffer는 SDS-PAGE 및 Western blot 분석을 위한 ready-to-use protein sample loading buffer입니다.

단백질 샘플의 안정적인 denaturation과 efficient loading을 지원하며, 선명한 band resolution과 재현성 높은 electrophoresis 결과를 제공합니다.
 
본 제품은 Tris-Glycine SDS-PAGE system에 최적화되어 있으며, glycerol과 tracking dye를 포함하여 샘플 준비를 간편하게 수행할 수 있습니다.

Reducing condition에서는 DTT 또는 β-mercaptoethanol을 추가하여 사용할 수 있으며, 다양한 precast gel 및 hand-cast gel system과 호환됩니다.
